Coach Schultz believes that success on the court starts with preparation and effort. Emphasizing defensive intensity, smart decision-making, and skill development, he strives to build not just skilled players, but well-rounded athletes who understand the game. Coach Schultz brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to our Kansas City basketball academy. He started coaching at the high school level in Chicago, where he worked for 4 years, and has been coaching youth basketball for the past 5 years. He is married with 3 kids, and his hobbies include cycling, snowboarding, hunting, and watching a lot of football and basketball with his boys.
